How do I restore my Pro subscription?
Open the app, go to Pro and tap Restore purchases, signed in to the same App Store or Google Play account you bought with.
How do I cancel Pro?
Subscriptions are managed by the store: on iPhone in Settings, your name, Subscriptions; on Android in Google Play, Payments and subscriptions. Pro stays active until the end of the paid period.
How do I delete my account?
In the app open Account and tap Delete account. Your cards and files are deleted and public links stop working. You can also email us from the address you signed in with.
Who can see my cards?
Your library is private. A card becomes public only when you publish it, and only that card's images and the details you chose are shown.
My card failed to process. What now?
Failed cards do not use your monthly quota. Try again in brighter, even light with the whole card in frame and no glare; the app shows tips for the reason it failed.
